- Was the peasants' porridge really so dull? Lenten porridge for true gourmets, country's garden’s miracle.
- Which tastes did the lords approve? Poultry meat with cream and mustard sauce.
- And what did the bellies of the wealthiest desire? Seven tastes of orient (in the Czech way).
- You can look forward to listening to entertaining interpretations seasoned with a flow of *French nectar, while a true medieval feast will be laid right under your nose.
* French nectar is a mixture of light wine and fruit juice, flavored with honey and cinnamon.
